This Saturday Maryland Public Television is airing a great documentary on the impacts of land use decisions on Maryland's environment and its communities. "Sprawl: The Tipping Point" provides a lucid and visually compelling overview of growth and development issues in the state and profiles some key projects, including Terrapin Run, the Baltimore City Westport project, and BRAC.
